About these terms

These terms apply when you use marketeir.com and the online services Marketeir runs on its subdomains, including our website builder at websitebuilder.marketeir.com and our agreement signing service at agreement.marketeir.com. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Marketeir is a marketing and software development agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Our services are governed by your agreement

The marketing, advertising, content and software work we do for clients is set out in a written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement — including its scope, price, payment schedule, delivery timelines and any sales target or refund conditions — takes priority over anything on this website. Prices and packages shown on our website are a guide and may change; the price you pay is the one in your signed agreement.

Where we describe a sales guarantee or money-back offer, the exact conditions that apply to you are the ones written in your agreement.

Signing agreements online

When you sign an agreement through agreement.marketeir.com, you agree that your electronic signature — drawn or uploaded — has the same effect as a handwritten one, and that the signed record we keep is an accurate copy of what both parties agreed. Please read an agreement in full before signing, and contact us first if anything is unclear.

Website builder previews

The website builder creates an automatic design preview from the business name, colours and logo you enter. A preview is a sample only: it is not a finished website, and no website is built or published until you ask us to and we agree terms. Sample images shown in previews are for illustration and may not be used in your final website without the necessary rights.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, name or material you upload.

Using our website fairly

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• try to access parts of our systems you are not authorised to use, including our internal CRM;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of our services, or overload them;
• copy, scrape or reuse our content, designs or client results without written permission.

Our content

The text, designs, graphics and code on our website belong to Marketeir or are used with permission. Client names, success stories and advertising results are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners. Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in that client’s agreement.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on platforms we do not control, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, policy decisions, ad approvals or account restrictions. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, and past results do not guarantee future results.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We provide our website and online tools “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Marketeir is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the website or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and our responsibilities for client work are those in the relevant agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
